The Government is consulting on the Nature Recovery Green Paper – Protected Sites and Species.
The Green Paper looks at regulatory frameworks as well as funding arrangements that can potentially have a big impact on the future of the forestry sector.
We invited your comments and additions to our response, which has now been submitted.
Additionally, we encourage you to submit your own response to the consultation to ensure the forestry and timber sector is well represented (see Confor response below). If you wish to take part, please submit your views by the closing date of 11 May.
